The 15 Minute Miracle Workout
The 15 minute miracle consists primarily of 10 repetition single-set weightlifting. You’re required to use the heaviest weights you can life 10 times for best results. This may sound difficult, but if you follow the steps it’s actually very straightforward. Also, this part of the program is easier with a gym, but Rob also gives you bodyweight alternatives.
I’ve been following Rob’s 15 minute miracle workout off and on for the past several months. It may sound hard to believe, but you really can get an excellent workout in just 15 minutes. The key is to take very short breaks between each weight lifting set.
This kind of weight lifting is called High Intensity Training and has been used by top athletes for many years to get into great shape.
